Like the rest of our wireless chargers, we incorporate custom silicone-rubber blend that is typically used on the bottom of our chargers for extra grip. In this case, we also used it for the surface so that it can securely hold onto your device, no matter which orientation you use it.

All you have to do is simply align the center of your phone with the center of the charger, and you're good to go! Also, make sure that the wireless charger is securely and properly plugged into the power cable. You can always check the white LED on the back of the device to ensure that the wireless charger is receiving power.
