When everything is docked and charging, the DROP & DOCK can power and charge 3 devices simultaneously, while also recharging the DROP. You can place a wireless device on the top to be charged, while plugging in 2 additional devices using the 2 USB-A ports on the back of the DOCK.
Simply plug in the DOCK using the provided USB-C cable, and set the DROP on top. When the DOCK is correctly powered and plugged in, the white LED in the middle of the DOCK will illuminate. Once the DROP is set atop the DOCK, the LED halo will also temporarily illuminate to show that it has been correctly docked and will begin charging. You can place your phone on top during this recharging process so that both devices can recharge simultaneously.

The wireless charging system was meant to be as flexible as you need it to be. Therefore, if you're ever traveling or out and about, the DROP can be recharged through the USB-C port on the back. It can also function as a standard battery pack, meaning the same USB-C port can be used to directly recharge your mobile devices.
Lastly, the DROP can also function as a standard wireless charger. Just plug in a USB-C power cable into the rear, and you'll be able to recharge the internal battery, along with your mobile device wirelessly. Please not that recharging speeds for the battery will vary depending on the power and wattage of the power being supplied to the DROP. We recommend using the provided power adapter whenever possible, but a minimum of 45W for best results.
The LED halo on the bottom of the DROP is meant to indicate a few things.
When it's properly docked and recharging, the LED halo will illuminate for several seconds to show that it has established a secure connection and will being recharging.
When charging a mobile device wirelessly, the LED halo will breathe to let you know that it's charging your wireless device safely and securely. If your phone ever moves or gets bumped, the breathing LED lights will allow you to see that your device is not charging properly.
If you find the LED halo on the DROP to be distracting at night, simple double press the "+" button on the front of the DROP and it will turn off the breathing lights. To turn the feature back on again, simply double press the "+" again.
The 4 LED battery indicator lights on the back of the DROP cannot be turned off, as they signal whether or not the DROP is on.
These lights serve a few functions.
As long as these lights are on, they indicate that the DROP is on and ready to provide power to another device.
They number of lights illuminated (1, 2, 3, or 4) indicate the current battery level of the DROP in increments of 25%. Whenever the DROP is providing power or recharging, these LED lights will flash to show that power is being transferred.
Whenever the DROP is being used as a standalone charger, it will conserve battery by auto-powering off if no device is connected or being wirelessly charged.
To turn the DROP on, simply press the "+" button once, and the LED halo and 4 LED battery indicators will all illuminate to show that the DROP has powered on. If you would like to manually power it off, just press the "+" once again and it will turn off.
